Meghan McMillen

As CHP’s Director of Weatherization Programs and Services, Meghan McMillen, is responsible for the effective delivery of all weatherization programs. She oversees the delivery of multiple programs across the state of Virginia in accordance with federal regulations, state building code, and other requirements. Meghan also manages senior field staff; she provides counsel on job expectations, scheduling, and personnel development. She joined CHP in 2009 and has been promoted several times within the organization. In 2019, Meghan received the inaugural Person of the Year Award from the Association of Energy Conservation Professionals (AECP). She has several certifications, including Building Performance Institute (BPI) Building Analyst Certification and American Red Cross certified – Adult, Infant and Child CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor.
