Leigh Anne Ratliff

Leigh Anne Ratliff is delighted to be participating with VAEEC, a great organization doing vital work in the Commonwealth. She is part of the Trane Technologies complex solutions group, which allows her to use her engineering, finance, and energy background to define and finance critical energy solutions for public clients in Virginia. Prior to working at Trane Leigh Anne administered the DMME’s Demand Response contract bringing millions of dollars to state participants. She holds a B.S. Engineering degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a M.S. Financial Markets and Trading from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a M.E.R.L. Energy Regulation and Environmental Law from the Vermont Law School.
