Erika Reel

Workforce Program Director

Erika is native of Brooklyn, NY, currently residing in Norfolk, VA. She is a Hampton University graduate with an advanced Women’s Entrepreneurial Studies certificate from Cornell University. With several years of experience in Workforce Development, Erika is a champion of working with communities to ensure that all residents are stable and
thriving with opportunities to achieve economic mobility, by way of career or self-employment opportunities. Erika is also an active member of the Huntersville Civic Leagues and a supporter of the St. Paul’s Advisory Committee.
