Over the past three years, Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy, or C-PACE, has made significant headway in the Mid-Atlantic region. Localities are putting programs into place, projects have been completed from small retrofits to new buildings, and new legislation has been passed. This webinar will explore these advances with an emphasis on the Commonwealth of Virginia. Additionally, speakers will provide insight into the progress we can expect in the upcoming year.
