COVID-19

What a weird time we’re living in. It’s no secret that the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has turned normal operations on their head across the world. To ensure we are doing our part to keep our staff, members, and communities safe and healthy, we have closed the VAEEC office and are all working from home until further notice. We will continue to be available by phone, email, and remote conferencing. Be assured, while we adjust to this strange, new “normal”, our work goes on.

Our hearts and thoughts are with all of our members who are affected by the business closures. Many of the over 78,000 Virginians who work in energy efficiency cannot do that work remotely. Moreover, utilities have halted work on their energy efficiency programs for the foreseeable future. We are committed to continuing to serve the energy efficiency industry through these unprecedented circumstances and beyond.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns you may have. As many others have said, we’re all in this together.
