January 2021: Dominion Energy

The January Featured Member of the Month is Dominion Energy. Dominion Energy is extremely proud that their portfolio of energy conservation programs continued to be successful in 2020, despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.  They appreciate all the work performed by their participating contractor networks to safely install measures and drive extensive energy savings at their customers’ homes and businesses across Virginia, while complying with health and safety standards in response to the pandemic.

Thanks to the extraordinary efforts of all involved, they are poised to continue the momentum into the new year with their commitment to the health and safety of their customers and participating contractors remaining at the forefront of all activity in the energy conservation programs.  In fact, Dominion Energy Efficiency Products program has discounted over 5 million LED bulbs, and in 2020 discounted over 19,000 appliances.  The Home Energy Assessment program reached over 2,700 participants, and the Company’s low income weatherization programs reached over 3,200 homes.

In addition to continuing implementation efforts on their existing programs and setting up the vendor networks to support these offerings, we are excited to launch a variety of new programs this year to provide their customers with more energy-saving opportunities!
