Benjamin Woods
A native of Shawsville, Virginia, and a proud Old Dominion University alumnus, Benjamin is an accomplished strategist, policy advisor, and program manager with deep expertise in government relations and public policy.

Jasmin Banks
Jasmin joined the VAEEC team in 2025 as the Human Resource and Finance Manager. Jasmin is a Virginia State University alumna with a B.A. in Mass Communications.
